1% Buyer Rebate


  Buyer Rebates

BUY A NEW HOME AND RECEIVE A 1% REBATE

If you purchase your new construction home and have an Assist-2-Sell real estate agent assist you, we will rebate 1% of the sales price to you at the closing (for example, a home costing $200,000 provides you with a rebate of $2,000). If you register with us to take advantage of the rebate, the price of the new home does NOT go up. The home will cost you the same, but you will receive a 1% rebate of the purchase price by working with us. Dealing with us as your buyer's agent, rather than directly with the builder, you receive assistance with your home selection process, help arranging your financing, support at your walk through, and any other homebuyer related services you might need. Please call our office for details on this unique program. The rebate must be approved by the builder and/or lender at time of contract for your new home.



ADVANTAGES TO A BUYER'S AGENT

The 1% Buyer's Rebate can be used towards upgrades or closing costs, whichever you prefer. The rebate must be approved by the builder and/or lender, as applicable, at time of contract for your new home.

HOW TO GET STARTED

You must call or e-mail Assist-2-Sell first so we can register you with the builder. If we don't register you first, they won't recognize us as your agent. They won't pay us a commission, and you won't get a rebate. CONTACT US FIRST!!! We have agents available 7 days a week to meet you. We may be able to register you by phone, fax or e-mail, but we usually need to accompany you to the builder's site office on the first trip.
