With our "Full Service with $avings!"® program,  we offer homeowners all of the services they might find at a "traditional" real estate company, but for a low, flat fee. Fees charged vary by office.

All Assist-2-Sell franchise offices are licensed, full-service discount rate real estate brokerages that take care of everything home sellers need from a real estate company but with the advantage and savings only a low commission real estate agent can offer.

Selling a home at a reduced commission with Assist-2-Sell can help homeowners price their homes properly, sell their homes faster, and at a substantial savings.


When a home seller decides to work with an Assist-2-Sell sellers’ agent, they are given a choice between two marketing programs:

  • With the Direct-to-Buyer® marketing program, customers pay a low, flat fee to sell their home without listing it in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).  Flat fees are determined by the list price of the home.  While the MLS is a powerful marketing tool, not all home sellers want or need it.  Under this program, Assist-2-Sell agents provide full-service, handling everything throughout the entire home selling process.  Houses are marketed directly to home buyers, though, rather than to agents through the MLS.
  • Customers do have the option of placing their home in the local MLS through Assist-2-Sell’s MLS for Less® program at a low 4.5% traditional brokerage fee.  If the house sells through its listing in the MLS, Assist-2-Sell pays the typical 3% cooperating commission to the buyer's agent, and retains 1.5% for our marketing.  But if the sellers accepts an offer written "in-house" by their Assist-2-Sell office, they only pay the original flat fee, with no additional commission.

Assist-2-Sell customers receive full-service, regardless of whether they select the Direct-to-Buyer® program or the MLS-for-Less® program.  And there are no upfront costs;  all fees are paid at closing.  Agents receive 100% of the commission in exchange for a low fee at closing.



Assist the home seller to price the home accurately using the same techniques as appraisers.

Implement an aggressive marketing campaign that is targeted and aimed at reaching active home buyers directly.

Include the listing on Assist-2-Sell’s national website, as well as on the local Assist-2-Sell website.

Property listings include an unlimited number of photos, detailed property and community information, and easy access to a "live" agent.

Local offices also list their properties on real estate websites like Trulia, Zillow,,, Craigslist, and many more.

Post a "For Sale" sign in the front yard of the home.

Create full-color listing flyers.

Take all phone calls from inquiring prospects.

Show the home to prospective home buyers.

Arrange for other agents outside of Assist-2-Sell to show the home.

Pre-qualify home buyers.

Help the home buyer obtain financing.

Negotiate the purchase agreement.

Write the sales contract and provide a Net Proceeds estimate.

Handle all paperwork.

Meet with appraisers.

Arrange for all inspections.

Supervise the closing.



A home is the largest purchase most consumers will ever make.  In addition to helping homeowners sell their homes, Assist-2-Sell also assists home buyers in their search for a home.  Assist-2-Sell’s experienced, full-time buyers agents focus on the needs of home buyers, and guide them through the entire process of buying a home.

Home buyers can expect to receive assistance with the following elements of the home buying process, free of charge.


For each of our Home Buyer customers, we will:

  • Discuss the home buyer’s real estate wants and needs.
  • Help the buyer understand the home buying process.
  • Be available to respond to questions and/or inquiries.
  • Stay up-to-date on new listings for homes that meet the buyer’s criteria, as they become available through the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and Assist-2-Sell’s exclusive home listings database.
  • Provide the home buyer with a list of homes to preview and drive by at his or her convenience if desired.
  • Arrange appointments and personally accompany the buyer to access and view homes.
  • Gather additional information on homes of interest.
  • Negotiate the purchase agreement.
  • Offer guidance and assistance in obtaining financing.
  • Oversee the closing process, working with the closing company to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Help coordinate all inspections, including the appraisal.
  • Keep the home buyer informed through the entire process.
